    Celebrate Hubble's 15th anniversary at 10 a.m. on April 25, with a breakfast and unveiling of spectacular new images taken by the telescope. On the following weekend, the public is invited to view the never-before-seen photos, make galaxy art, and view the Hubble image gallery in the computer lab.

    Independence Planetarium is the only site in San Jose to have the Hubble Space Telescope's two new images. Independence Planetarium will celebrate Hubble's 15th anniversary at 10:10 a.m. April 25, when students will unveil breathtaking, mural-sized images of the well-known spiral galaxy M51, and the eerie-looking tower of gas in the Eagle Nebula. Open house at the planetarium will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
