Patricia A. Parker, Head of the Operations Division at the Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) in Baltimore, Maryland, has received a 1992 Goddard Exceptional Achievement Award for her "outstanding leadership and management in the execution and enhancement of the science operations of the Hubble Space Telescope (HST).
