Object Name:	NGC 3314
Object Description:	Aligned Galaxies
Position (J2000):	R.A. 10h 37m 13s Dec. -27° 41' 04"
Constellation:	Hydra
Distance:	The distance to NGC 3314A is roughly 117 million light-years (35 Mpc).The distance to NGC 3314B is roughly 140 million light-years (42 Mpc).

Data Description:	The image was created from Hubble data from proposals 9445 and 9977: D. Bennett and S. H. Rhie (University of Notre Dame), I. Bond (Massey University, NZ), W. Keel (University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa), and P. Yock (University of Auckland, NZ).

Color
